Team Lead/ Paralegal/ Manager - Immigration (US & Canada)

As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a Team Lead/Paralegal/Manager specializing in Immigration for the US and Canada.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in immigration processes and regulations, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage complex cases successfully. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the immigration process for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the immigration team, overseeing a variety of immigration cases for both the US and Canada.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Review and prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
• Track and manage deadlines for cases to ensure timely submission and compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients, providing guidance and support on immigration-related inquiries.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a strong focus on US and Canadian immigration systems.
• Experience managing a team and overseeing immigration processes is highly desired.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• A paralegal certification or a relevant degree in law, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
