The Team Lead – Packing is responsible for overseeing the packing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves supervising packing staff, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining a productive workflow to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of packers to achieve daily packing goals.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide hands-on support as needed.

Ensure packaging quality standards and company procedures are consistently followed.

Train new team members on packing processes, safety protocols, and equipment use.

Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages.

Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
