About The Job
We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to head our Web Development team. You will be responsible for the core ecosystem: unlimit.com, crypto.unlimit.com, and accounts.unlimit.com. Your mission is to lead a team of engineers in building high-performance, secure web interfaces while driving technical excellence and modern AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design and evolve the architecture of our web applications (Next.js/React/PHP), ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Team Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle: from hiring and onboarding to mentorship, goal setting (OKRs), and Performance Reviews.
• Engineering Excellence: Manage technical debt, prioritize refactoring, and implement CI/CD best practices (GitLab). Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality.
• Strategy & Processes: Participate in quarterly planning, estimate resources, and refine our "Way of Working" to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Business Collaboration: Act as a technical expert for Product Owners and stakeholders, deconstructing complex business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.

AI-Native Skills:
• AI Governance: Experience implementing AI assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Dev) into the team’s workflow to increase development velocity.
• Strategic AI Adoption: Ability to identify tasks for automation vs. critical areas requiring "Human-in-the-loop" control.
• Prompt Engineering for Leads: Proficiency in crafting complex System Prompts for AI agents to generate documentation or architectural diagrams.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Web Development (Frontend-heavy with solid Backend understanding).
• Proven experience leading a development team (3+ people) in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Next.js/Angular).
• Solid experience with PHP for backend logic and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and SEO.
• Experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Jira/Confluence.
