The Merchant Operation Team is now finding a teammate to join our motivated team on this rocketship with the mission to empower merchants with economic opportunities while making lives easier for all Thais. Our team operates with first principle thinking, consumer centricity, and result-orientation approach. As a member of the team, you will shape the future of Grabfood. You will have a chance to create growth opportunities by executing strategic plans with the close interaction with top management.

Get to Know the Role

You will help elevate GrabFood selections of high quality merchants by aligning merchant needs with platform benefits, applying our data to prioritize where we should deploy our resources, grooming up team members that will be front man of presenting how GrabFood can help their business, and designing the sales operations that best suit for strategy.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead our merchant acquisition team which is growing in numbers across Bangkok and other cities, coaching the team to be the best salesperson in multiple products.
• You will manage the commercial in both commission and marketing benefits that will be tailored to the top merchants in both legendary segment and international expansion.
• You will be responsible for sales strategy formulation on prioritizing where we are deploying resources and align the marketing timeline which use those merchant branding to attract new users.
• You will help create a sales operation that involves multiple teams from lead generation to marketing out.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business development field.
• 1+ year of team management experience.
• Excellent sales skill and able to copy-paste skills through grooming the team.
• Data-driven and analytical, knowing what are prioritized by given data.
• Ability to clearly communicate issues and ideas to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Deep understanding of food industry or FMCG is welcome.
