Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, build and operate Blackwave’s sites of the future.
We’re scaling fast and need a senior leader who owns our full infrastructure across multiple locations. From new-site development to building technology, safety, and operations — you ensure our facilities run reliably and are ready for growth.
• Lead infrastructure & facility strategy across current and future sites
• Manage new-site openings, conversions, and expansion projects
• Act as technical project manager to architects, planners & real estate developers
• Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, building automation, fire protection
• Lead and develop the facility operations team
• Ensure compliance, occupational safety & fire protection
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, contracts, service providers

YOUR PROFILE:
• 7+ years in facility management, infrastructure management, industrial sites or construction project management
• Proven experience with new-site ramp-up, building upgrades, construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, utilities, building services, building automation
• Skilled in project management, stakeholder management & contractor control
• Strong safety mindset + pragmatic problem solver
• Fluent in German & English
