Team Lead IT Audit InfoSec - Civil Engineering Basel

A Global Civil Engineering who operate globally are seeking a Team Leader for their IT Audit team based. The company, who operate across a number of European hubs, have undergone substantial development across their Corporate Governance function this year and their priority is to increase their ability to deal with IT related discrepancies through the strengthening of their IT Audit and IT Risk teams in 2014.

The role will be based in Basle, Switzerland and you will report directly to a Senior IT Audit Manager with a dotted line to the IT Audit Director. You will manage and lead a variety of IT Audit engagements which will be global and your main area of expertise will be Information Security. A fantastic opportunity to mentor a team of IT Audit professionals who are all based in Basle and to liase with contemporaries in satellite teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, you will have great overview of a variety of business processes in an international environment.

Successful candidates will require:

-          6-8 years professional experience gained within an international consultancy environment or a recognised global brand who are ideally operating in and Commercial and Industrial setting

-          A professional accreditation (CISA or ideally CISSP)

-          Proven team leadership ability

-          International exposure

-          Bilingual – English and French, German, Portuguese or Spanish

My client offer a set base salary of CHF137,500 and have the ability to provide relocation. Candidates who are currently based in Switzerland will have a higher bonus allowance and a company car. Although there is some flexibility in the overall package it is unlikely that my client will increase their competitive base salary.
