Get to Know the Team

GrabMart is a dynamic team responsible for expansion of Grab's Quick-Commerce service. We are the powerhouse of an on-demand e-supermarket and 'more' delivery service, delivering everyday's essentials to doorsteps in 25 mins. Our team comprises young experienced individuals who operates in an experimental mindset as we wear the hats of an entrepreneur

Get to Know the Role

Join the GrabMart Strategy team to lead merchant medium-to-long-term ecosystem growth through strategic category management and portfolio optimization. In this high-ownership role, you will architect end-to-end incubation strategies for strategic merchants, while building scalable growth infrastructure from the ground up to power sustainable market expansion. This role is a 5-days onsite at Grab Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will promote sustainable merchant growth strategies to maximize GMV, revenue, and operational performance
• You will manage portfolio optimization, merchant selection frameworks, and category management to expand market reach
• You will lead cross-functional projects and strategic partnerships to accelerate merchant success and deliver OKRs
• You will use advanced analytics and business modeling to create insights and inform strategy
• You will translate complex data into compelling narratives that create team member agreement and resource optimization
• You will partner across regional teams, departments, and external partners to build integrated business solutions

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce, strategy, commercials or business development
• You can throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
• Passionate and able to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being deliver tasks.
• You can invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
• You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, basic SQL is a plus
