What you’ll do

• Lead the General Ledger function across all German entities

• Own the full closing process (monthly, quarterly, annual – HGB / IFRS)

• Ensure accuracy of journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Deliver validated financial data and reporting packages to Group Accounting

• Drive consistency and reliability in financial accounting processes

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting in multi-entity environments

• Initial leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role

• Deep knowledge of HGB (IFRS is a plus)

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Workday Finance) is a plus

• Fluent in German and English
