As the Team Lead ERP and Atlassian at Quantum‑Systems, you will play a central role in transforming how the organization uses data to make decisions. You will build modern BI capabilities, drive automation, and ensure global alignment in how data is interpreted and leveraged across teams. Your work will directly empower leadership and operational teams in delivering on strategic goals during a phase of rapid international expansion.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Data‑Driven Decision Enablement

• Lead the transformation of business data into actionable insights by leveraging NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence as core information systems.

• Ensure leadership and teams have reliable, standardized data and system outputs to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Process Automation & System Optimization

• Drive automation initiatives across ERP and Atlassian platforms to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and increase data accuracy.

• Continuously optimize system configurations, workflows, and integrations to support scalable, efficient operations.

• Create documentation on all relevant customisations (Scripts, Workflows, ...)

Global Collaboration & Standardization

• Establish unified processes, system standards, and best practices for NetSuite and Atlassian tools across all regions and subsidiaries.

• Enable consistent workflows, reporting structures, and documentation practices to ensure global alignment and efficiency.

Technology Ownership & Integration Leadership

• Own the overall architecture and performance of NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless integration with the wider system landscape.

• Collaborate closely with IT, data teams, and business stakeholders to maintain robust integrations and support end‑to‑end process continuity.

Cross‑Functional Support & Strategic Alignment

• Partner with all departments to provide system capabilities, data insights, and automation solutions that support project success and OKR achievement.

• Act as a strategic advisor to ensure system capabilities align with company‑wide objectives and evolving business needs.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Lead and develop a team of administrators and system owners responsible for NetSuite and Atlassian platforms.

• Prioritize workload, coach team members, and ensure high service quality, documentation standards, and continuous improvement within the team.
