Team Lead Customer Value Engineering (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced procurement excellence consultant as Team Lead Customer Value Engineering (m/f/d) with a strong background in procurement transformation, supply chain processes, or platform implementation to lead and further develop our Value Engineering Service. In this role, you will shape how we help enterprise customers operationalize IntegrityNext. You will shape a repeatable service offering that creates impact quickly and keeps growing year over year.

What can you expect?:
Build and lead our customer-facing delivery team
• Take responsibility for the execution and evolution of the Value Engineering Service for enterprise customers within pre-sales, new accounts and customer retention.
• Build and lead a delivery team while fostering collaboration and learning among procurement, sustainability, and platform integration experts
• Oversee customer engagements from scoping through successful rollout and handover including supplier prioritization, data configuration, and risk-action work flows
• Coach and support your team to introduce automation and process insights to elevate operational maturity over time
• Create an environment of trust, learning, and psychological safety that enables your team to grow and perform at their best”

Scale a service that lasts
• Collaboratively identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks, improve data visibility, and standardize decision-making
• Standardize delivery templates, enablement materials, and reporting across customers
• Gather insight from the field to improve platform experience, templates, and guidance
• Collaborate with Product, CS, and Sales to improve our customer lifecyclestrategy
• Define and track KPIs for service success and customer maturity milestones

Act as a strategic interface
• Support sales teams during scoping or renewal with delivery expertise
• Providestructured feedback to inform our roadmap, onboarding design, and AI playbooks

What should you bring along?:
DeliveryExperience & Procurement Expertise
• 5+ years in procurement transformation, platforms, or SaaS delivery
• Background in platform rollout across supplier/product risk, compliance, or sustainability use cases 
• Experience leading small expert teams or complex customer delivery tracks
• ConvinceC-Level stakeholders

 Digital& Innovation Fluency
• Understanding of business intelligence systems and automation use cases in procurement
• Experience working with or managing AI -enabled toolsets is a plus
• Comfortable piloting digital solutions to improve customer delivery andinternal efficiency

 TechnicalEnablement Mindset
• Familiar with process playbooks, integration templates, and system configuration 
• Strong interest in automation, platform thinking, and structured rollout design
• Comfortable translating procurement complexity into implementation logic 

Collaboration& Language
• Fluent in English and German
• Comfortable owning multiple customer projects with varied complexity
• Comfortable facilitating alignment across stakeholders in procurement, IT, and sustainability
• Structured communicator who turns requirements into repeatable frameworks 
• Empathy, pragmatism, and combining customer-facing confidence with team facing mentorship and awareness
