Your mission::
• You lead and develop a team of six Customer Engagement Specialists, providing both functional and disciplinary leadership while fostering a positive and service-oriented work environment.
• You ensure the fast and professional handling of all incoming customer inquiries via hotline and email, continuously improving our inbound processes.
• You are responsible for the structured development of mid-sized existing customers and actively identify cross- and upselling opportunities.
• Together with your team, you support annual business reviews, develop customer roadmaps, and drive strategic account development.
• You collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to coordinate and resolve more complex customer requests.
• You ensure high data quality in our CRM and take ownership of key KPIs such as response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• You continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows within Customer Engagement to increase efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
• You actively bring customer feedback into the development of our hardware and SaaS solutions, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Your profile::
• Several years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement – ideally within the renewable energy sector or in a SaaS environment.
• Initial leadership experience or a strong ambition to lead, with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower a team.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills combined with a strong service and customer-oriented mindset.
• A structured and data-driven working style with solid experience using CRM systems and working with KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for improving and streamlining processes.
• Very good German and English language skills to support our international customers.
