We are looking for a Team Lead Controlling (m/f/d) to establish and lead a small Controlling team at our HQ located in Flensburg!
This is how You Make a Difference:
As Team Lead Controlling (m/f/d) you will be responsible for providing financial insight and financial sparring to the entire r2p Group with activities in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. Your tasks will include:
• Creating financial transparency on r2p's customer projects by ensuring that the financial project controlling is conducted consistently throughout all business units.
• Leading the financial management reporting in close cooperation with the CFO. This financial management reporting is provided to the management team, the board, our shareholders and debt providers.
• Providing monthly financial updates and sparring to the local Business Unit managers including the analysis of relevant KPI's, critical projects and risk mitigation factors.
• Leading the budgeting process on a group basis and providing monthly forecast updates and follow ups.
• Supporting the Management team in refinancing, M&A activities and a future exit process.
• Various ad-hoc analyses, e.g. segment analysis.
• Establish procedures for and execute follow-up (post-completion) on project profitability as well as financial support in connection with large customer proposals.

What you Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor of Economics or similar qualification, plus accounting qualification (tertiary or from professional association, e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
• At least five years of professional experience in a project driven business environment preferably with some leadership experience.
• Strong English language skills (both in writing & verbally). Written and spoken German is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software packages and LucaNet is an advantage.
