The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. The team members of the global M&S Services Hub will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global manufacturing sciences, analytics, and technology activities with a focus on global project management. Significant experience in the development of medical devices, drug device combination products and/or primary containers, and creation of Design Control documentation is necessary.

The Engineering organization is responsible for providing comprehensive Engineering support for GMP facilities across our global manufacturing sites. Our team:

• Supports commercial manufacturing operations and Global Cell Banking operations

• Maintains validated systems and ensures regulatory compliance

• Provides engineering support for all cGMP process and utility systems

• Manages facility planning and construction projects

• Collaborates across campus/site organizations to ensure seamless operations

About the job

Main responsibilities:

CAD Management Support Tasks:

• Support development of CAD charters to align with business objectives.

• Establish and maintain systems to track progress, resources, and costs.

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and implement risk management practices.

• Create comprehensive project plans and maintain schedules, including key milestones.

• Set up and track drawings in request management tools.

• Support communication and stakeholder management plans.

• Assist in coordinating core and extended team activities.

• Create and maintain action/decision logs and support team management documentation.

• Support documentation of drawing modifications,

• Facilitate administrative and system closure of drawings and archive documentation.

In addition to the CAD Services tasks the team lead has the following objectives:

• Supervises the CAD management support team and provides disciplinary and functional guidance to the team.

• Manages efficient resource allocations and sets clear goals and delegates tasks.

• Oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that timelines are met.

• Supports continuous process standardization.

• Monitors team performance.

• Motivates team members, provide coaching, and address any issues and conflicts.

• Creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

• Manages efficient resource allocations and sets clear goals and delegates tasks.

• Supports continuous process standardization.

About you

• Experience:

- Proven track of experience as a team leader or supervisor

- Proven track of experience in operational and financial responsibilities, as well as resource allocation.

- Knowledge in combination product development, final assembly, primary containers, and packaging changes.

- Proven leadership track record.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Education:

- Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Advanced degree in engineering or scientific discipline preferred.

- Project management certification (PMI/PMP)

• Languages:

• English (written and spoken) - required
