We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop our Greek-speaking Account Management team. In this role, you will lead by example, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure your team exceeds expectations in customer engagement and sales retention.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and support your Account Management team to achieve KPIs and ensure top-tier client experience
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive improvements
• Support your team with complex client situations and escalations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Train, coach, and continuously develop team members in product knowledge, communication, and client handling
 
• Fluent Greek speaker (C1-C2 level), with strong English skills (B2+)
• Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles
• Strong customer focus, solution-oriented mindset, and hands-on attitude
• Analytical thinking with experience working with KPIs and performance reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
