• Teamführung & Coaching: Weiterentwicklung eines hybriden Teams – inkl. individueller Touchpoints, Coaching und persönlicher Förderung

• Operative Exzellenz: Sicherstellung effizienter, strukturierter und qualitativ hochwertiger Abläufe im Customer Success & Account Management

• Kundenbindung: Aufbau und Stärkung langfristiger Beziehungen durch klare Kundenausrichtung und Unterstützung deines Teams als Trusted Advisors

• Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Umsetzung von Optimierungen gemeinsam mit dem Team

• Stakeholder-Management: Enge Abstimmung mit Produkt, Operations und weiteren Schnittstellen sowie Weitergabe relevanter Kunden- und Marktrückmeldungen
