We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Team Development Generalist to support and enhance all human resources functions. This role will handle a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff and managers
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Assist in policy development and implementation
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
Process payroll inputs and collaborate with finance as needed
