As a Hospice Team Coordinator, you will support the clinical field team members from behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are:

Assist the Director of Clinical Services with preparing for medical group review meetings.

Develop weekly schedules for health aides.

Answer phones and complete administrative tasks.

Order supplies and assist other managers in the office with various tasks.

Schedule: In-office, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Hospice: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
