Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting cross-functional projects that drive innovation and collaboration within the Media Production Department? Then this is for you!
 
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a Global Head, including organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses, and facilitating team activities. You'll also prepare meetings and documents such as SharePoint pages, PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, and Excel sheets as well as assist in headcount planning, onboarding new team members, and keeping organizational charts up to date.
TEAM SUPPORT
You'll manage onboardings, seating arrangements, internal surveys, and communication campaigns for the teams. You'll also be responsible for fostering inter-team collaboration, organizing team meetings or events, and coordinating between different departments and office locations for team-related matters.
PROJECT SUPPORT
You'll take ownership of designated projects within the Media Production Services department, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to advance targeted initiatives. You'll use your design and storytelling skills to prepare engaging Powerpoint presentations or give draft presentations the last finishing touch as well as prepare Excel sheets, meeting notes or other documents.
Completed commercial education (HAK/HBLA-Matura, apprenticeship) or university degree
Fluent in German and English 
Strong organizational skills and media interest/experience (plus)
Advanced skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Airtable, and Teams
Proactive “can-do” mindset; flexible, eager to learn, and creative
Comfortable challenging the status quo and handling confidential information discreetly
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.251 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
