• Provide general administration and organizational support to our managing directors and the team
• Prepare performance certificates and client invoices, administer invoices received from third parties and collaborate closely with the accounting department
• Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings and travel expense reporting for the team
• Participate in the organization of company events
• Operate internal reporting and monitoring tools
• Professional organization and preparation of appointments and meetings, including meeting minutes
• Support the team with administrative tasks and maintain inputs in internal databases
• Support project documentation and administration (PowerPoint presentations, project offers, reports)
• Provide support in marketing and business development
• Work with numbers confidently and accurately — strong attention to detail is essential
• Ensure data accuracy, numeric consistency and structured file management across all administrative processes
• Support our project managers in their daily project business for example by support in preparing technical reports, minutes of technical meetings and research of documents.

 

• You consider yourself a generalist – you enjoy working across different topics and connecting the dots
• Successfully completed commercial degree, training or similar qualification
• Previous experience in a similar or client-facing role in an office environment
• Affinity for numbers and data – strong attention to detail and accuracy
• General technical understanding/awareness is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Quality-driven and service-oriented approach
• Friendly and open manner towards all contacts
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, with proactive communication
• Self-initiative and positive spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in working within an international environment and collaborating with multicultural team
• Excellent Czech and English language skills (both written and spoken); German is a plus
