The brands within the Caliber family rethink how stories are created, shared, and valued. We believe audiences should be reached in ways that reflect how people consume news today. We support storytellers with the tools, training, and editorial standards needed to produce journalism with integrity.
With newsrooms in New York and London, we work with a global network of creators trained in journalistic practice and supported by senior editorial leaders and a production team. Together, they deliver stories that provide context and credibility across digital platforms.

Provide administrative support including diary coordination, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and events
Support the London team with general administration, including expenses, holiday tracking, and awareness of company policies and processes
Help maintain the day-to-day running of the office, including welcoming visitors, supporting onboarding for new joiners, and managing office supplies
Coordinate internal initiatives such as compliance training and knowledge-sharing sessions, working with colleagues in New York where relevant
Liaise with our managed office provider to maintain the workspace
Assist with recruitment administration and occasional research tasks
Organise team social activities that support connection across the London office
You are someone who:
Enjoys organising tasks and keeping track of schedules and activities
Communicates clearly and works comfortably with colleagues across different teams and roles
Is comfortable adapting to different tasks and priorities as needed
Takes a practical approach to resolving issues and supporting solutions
Contributes positively to a collaborative and inclusive workplace
Ideally you will have:
Experience supporting a team, department, or project in an administrative or coordination role
Familiarity with office software such as Google Workspace and communication tools such as Slack
An interest in news, media, or digital platforms is helpful but not required
