We are looking for an assistant for our finance department.
 
In this role, you’ll assist the Global Head of Taxes and Group Accounting, the Global Head of M&A and Ventures, and the Global Head of Controlling in all matters regarding administration. This includes meeting coordination, calendar planning, travel organization, correspondence, filing, event organization, and preparation of presentations.
ADMINISTRATION
Ongoing administrative and organizational support to department heads from Taxes & Group Accounting, M&A and Ventures and Corporate Controlling
Correspondence in German and English
Prepare and maintain calendars, plan, and arrange meeting invitations
Act as a contact person for team members
Preparation of presentations
 
ORGANIZATION
Organization and management of national and international meetings and internal training sessions.
Travel organization and travel expense reports
 
COMMUNICATION
Contact person for internal as well as external contacts
Organization of events
Onboarding and support with the training of new employees
2+ years of work experience as an assistant or similar or career entrant with a commercial background
Fluent in German and English
Very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills; IT literate
Interest in finance, with basic know-how in accounting, and in principle, a person who is good with numbers
Structured and (self-) organized individual; organizational talent; interest in organizing small events and activities
Good communication skills on the phone, email, and other means of communication
Team player, trustworthy person
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.251,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
