Job Description

Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science (in partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and RDFZ Beijing) is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Key Stage 2/3 English & Humanities to join King’s College International School, Hangzhou for an August 2026 start.

KCIS is a warm and collegiate international learning community in China.

• Our teaching staff come from over 10 different countries.

• We have 130 students across Grades 1-10.

• We follow the English National Curriculum and IGCSE pathway.

We are a stable and growing school. You will teach small classes (average size: 13), working with highly engaged students, many of whom have native-level English, and supportive parents. We offer the English National Curriculum for Grades 1-8, with students progressing to IGCSE between Grades 9 and 10.

Our latest satisfaction surveys show overwhelming approval, with both students and parents rating us well over 90%. This is a testament to the strong sense of community and collaboration we’ve fostered. Furthermore, more than 40% of our students rank in the top 5% globally in English, Maths, and Science, as measured by GL Assessments' progress tests.
