You Have::
• 5+ years’ experience in public accounting in Tax
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Extensive experience with flow-through taxation
• Preferred industry experience in Financial Services, Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Wine Industry.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Accountable project management skills with ability to develop staff
• Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn
• Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of flow-through tax issues
• Interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients.

You Will::
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.
• Manage multiple engagements and deliver high quality products timely and efficiently
• Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
• Supervise tax associates' assignments and managing the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance / consulting services to the client.
• Develop and motivate tax associates by providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
