Role Overview

As part of our growing finance team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to support key financial operations at Fresha.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with our finance team to support operational excellence and contribute to the success of our global business.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office five days a week. Warsaw, Poland. Office address: Central Tower, Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, 02-001, Warszawa.

Your responsibilities::
• Liaise with external accounting and audit service providers to maintain compliance and operational excellence
• Oversee tax month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation for efficiency
• Coordinate financial activities across multiple global entities
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations for each entity
• Prepare / Review VAT returns
• Prepare / Review Income Tax returns

What we are looking for::
• At least 4 year of experience in the tax field
• Understanding of accounting and tax law
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Being proactive with analytical skills and good attention to details
• Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
