The Opportunity 

Joining as an Associate or Senior Associate in the Tax Reporting and Strategy department, within the Accounting or Tax Compliance teams offers a unique platform to enhance your expertise, work with a diverse clientele, and be part of a forward-thinking team. Your Responsibilities   

• Prepare and review the clients’ financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships.  

• Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments. 

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. 

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate reporting. 

• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations for accounting practices.  

• Engage in a diverse spectrum of tax compliance and financial reporting projects  

• Provide ongoing support to clients as they implement changes, addressing any questions or challenges they may face. 

• Assist in the onboarding process for new junior team members by familiarizing them with PwC's processes, tools, and culture. 

What You Bring   

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 

• Partly or fully qualified in ACCA or ACA qualification. 

• For the Senior Associate roles, a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment with exposure to various client industries. 

• Very good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 

• Familiarity with any accounting software will be an advantage.
