A proactive attitude and desire to take ownership of your work
An interest in developing leadership and management skills as your role evolves
Why Join Us?
This role is designed to appeal to ambitious early‑career managers who want more than just technical work.

A strong advisory focus rather than purely compliance‑driven work
Clear progression opportunities in a growing practice
A collaborative, supportive culture with a genuine investment in people
Competitive remuneration and benefits
Flexible working arrangements and a strong work‑life balance ethos
Our Clients
You will work with a diverse portfolio of Irish owner‑managed businesses across a range of sectors, including property, retail, technology and family‑owned enterprises, advising entrepreneurs at key moments in their business journey.
