About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead the review and approval of product launches and global expansion efforts. You'll oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools across relevant product areas.

What you’ll be doing

Establishing, supporting, and improving processes for tax review and approval of product launches and global expansion efforts
Ensuring compliance in tax matters, driving tax compliance and efficiency across multiple expansion jurisdictions in APAC, LATAM, and MENA
Working with business and product leads to implement operational tax advice, such as withholding tax or reporting on payouts
Supporting corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of countries
Providing provision of accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
Ensuring on-time filing of local country obligations supporting local teams
Building relationships and maintaining awareness of expansion country risk parameters, identifying risk areas and opportunities for optimisation
Managing and supporting tax structuring projects
Assisting with transfer pricing compliance, advisory, implementation, and policy management
Building relationships with various functional business heads, overseas offices, local tax teams, and professional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues

What you'll need

6+ years of experience in a large and complex multi-national environment
To be a qualified tax professional or lawyer (ACA, CA, LL.M, CTA, ADIT, etc.)
Extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax
Solid analytical skills and a ‘hands on’ attitude
Great people-management skills
Experience within a fast growing organisation
To be highly motivated and delivery-focussed
Excellent organisation skills to plan and organise efficient and effective work

Nice to have

Experience within a recognised accounting firm or law practice
In-house tax experience
Experience in a fast moving fintech, top-tier retail bank, or international IT company
Knowledge of indirect tax and transfer pricing

Compensation range

Poland: PLN14,500 - PLN17,100 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
