Position Summary:

The Tax & Finance Compliance Manager manages Group Finance TAX & compliance across all entities. The role oversees Egypt & GCC TAX matters, and helps uphold strong governance standards within Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (Corporate, VAT, WHT, Payroll) across the UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, and KSA in coordination with the Head of Tax.

• Maintain detailed tax registers, reconciliations, and schedules aligned with the general ledger and trial balance.

• Lead and support tax audits, inspections, and due diligence processes with the external advisors.

• Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities to resolve tax queries and ensure full compliance.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining Transfer Pricing documentation, corporate tax provisions, and deferred tax calculations.

• Monitor regulatory updates across Egypt and GCC, assess impacts, and recommend necessary process & Law, or system changes.

• Support Finance Operations in maintaining governance, Compliance, and standardized finance processes across all functions.

Desired Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• 6 – 9 years of experience in taxation and finance compliance, preferably within Egypt and GCC operations.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws (Income Tax, VAT, WHT, Payroll) and familiarity with GCC Tax frameworks (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain).

• ERP system experience and advanced Excel proficiency in audit coordination, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.

Other Capabilities:

• Strong understanding of regional tax regulations (UAE, Egypt, GCC) with the ability to assess compliance risks and implement effective controls.

• Proven ability to work across Finance, Legal, and external advisors to drive alignment on governance, audit, and tax compliance initiatives.
