We’re looking for a Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients to join our Tax and Legal Line of Service (Private Clients team). Your Mission

As our new Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients, you will: 

• Personal Tax Advisory & Compliance: Advise on Maltese and international tax matters, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. 

• Succession & Estate Planning: Structure inheritance and succession plans, working closely with legal and tax experts. 

• Immigration & Relocation Support: Manage and administer immigration applications, coordinate with government departments, and advise on residency and relocation. 

• Wealth Management & Structuring: Support clients in structuring assets and investments for optimal tax efficiency and regulatory compliance. 

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and a high-touch client experience during visits and ongoing interactions 

This role provides meaningful opportunities for learning, collaboration, and innovation, with exposure to diverse clients and complex assignments within a fast‑evolving landscape. 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Holds a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in accounting, tax, or a related field. 

• Communicates clearly and confidently in English. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Maltese, Mandarin, or Russian, is an asset. 

• Demonstrates strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 

• Approaches challenges with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. 

• Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 

• Brings prior experience in a client-facing role within a service‑provider environment (considered an asset). 

• Is adaptable, curious, and eager to continue developing professionally.
