As a Tax Agent and play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely tax filings. You will leverage your certification, analytical expertise, and passion for precise communication to review, prepare, and validate tax documentation. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate tax forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with current regulations.
• Prepare, process, and submit various tax filings on behalf of clients and the organization.
• Collaborate with juniors, providing guidance and reviewing their work to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal tax codes and regulations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders via written and verbal channels.
• Analyze and annotate financial data to support accurate tax reporting and filing.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential issues to senior tax professionals or management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified tax agent with proven expertise in tax preparation and filing.
• Extensive experience reviewing tax forms and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing deadlines and priorities.
• Solid understanding of current tax laws, codes, and best practices.
• Experience with data annotation or financial data management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mid to senior level experience handling complex tax filings and reviews.
• Previous experience providing oversight or quality assurance for junior staff’s tax work.
• Proficiency with digital tax software and remote collaboration tools.
