Position

We are currently looking to recruit a qualified candidate to join our HCMC office as a Tax Adviser.

Reports to: Manager/Director/Partner

Key external relationships: Clients

Key internal relationships: Project Managers, Representative Partners, Directors

Salary range: Competitive, varying based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant and the needs of the Practice.

Position type: Full Time - Regular

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 09.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to advise clients on local and international tax matters relating to inbound and outbound investments in Vietnam. The successful candidate will work with a highly experienced team of tax lawyers and corporate lawyers in advising leading Vietnamese and international clients.

Requirements:
Essential Skills & Proficiency

• Minimum 3 Years+ of experience.
• Law or accounting firm experience will be highly regarded.
• Must have technical knowledge and working experience in tax laws, especially advisory experience.
• Must have practical experience in dealing with Vietnamese and international clients.
• Excellent English communication, proactive problem-solving ability and effective task management skills are essential. Applicants must provide a valid English language proficiency certificate as part of their application.
• A member of a Bar Association or Professional Accounting Body would be a plus.
• The position will be based in HCMC.
