SUMMARY:

We’re currently seeking a Tax Administration Support for our Pleasant Hill CA office.

This is a full-time, Non-Exempt role based out of Pleasant Hill. The pay range is $20- $25/ hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist partners with Billing support (reviewing WIP, creating invoices, emailing invoices). Training will be provided.

• Assist partners with scheduling and email management

• Assist with files deadlines and project management

• Assist with login procedures

• Assist with scheduling of appointments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's degree (Accounting Preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Ability to work well with others

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

• Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office

• 1-2 years of experience
