Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday

Target Start Date: Early to Mid-January 2026

About the Role

We’re hiring a Tax Accountant who will prepare a wide range of tax returns and support tax planning, audit, and bookkeeping activities. This position suits candidates with strong PH accounting or tax experience who are ready to take on more advanced tax work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Form 1099s, business property statements, business licenses, bank reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries
• Input checks and deposits into accounting software and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Prepare advanced C-Corp, Partnership, S-Corp, and Individual returns, including sales, POL, PAC, and LM2 returns
• Prepare basic nonprofit and trust returns
• Support compilation, review, and audit engagements, including workpapers and financial statements
• Prepare corporate, personal, and nonprofit tax planning
• Prepare open-item lists and communicate professionally with clients
• Participate in recruitment and outreach events
• Prepare HRIS and Axcess timesheets and Excel to-do lists
• Achieve monthly and annual chargeable hour goals

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field (eligible for CPA/EA track is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work extended hours during tax season (55+ hours/week)
• Familiarity with tax/accounting software: QuickBooks, Accounting CS, CCH Axcess, ProSystems Engagement, Checkpoint Tools, BNA Income Tax Planner, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Onsite work required
