Williams Consulting, LLC (WCLLC), a government contracting firm, is seeking a Task Manager/Project Coordinator for support of a complex program evaluation effort. This role is responsible for the overall management of the specific tasks and ensuring that the requirements and schedules in the contract are adhered to.
The Task Manager/Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining project continuity, documentation integrity, and communication across interdisciplinary teams and government stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring experience managing day-to-day execution of research & evaluation activities, coordinating staff and schedules, supporting data acquisition efforts, developing project documentation and interfacing with federal technical staff to support timely and accurate delivery of project outputs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Organizes, directs, and coordinates estimating, planning, conducting, producing, monitoring, and reporting of all the project support activities
Assigns, schedules, and reviews work of subordinates
Plans, directs, controls, schedules, coordinates, and organizes utilization and management of tasks and projects
Develop and manage acquisition, record layout and codebooks
Evaluates alternatives for more efficient and effective accomplishment of work; establishes procedures and develops documentation
Interfaces with client management personnel, technical monitors and staff, and other cognizant government officials
Escalates problems in accordance with established procedures
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in health services research, public health, social science, business
3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to plans, direct, control, schedule, coordinate, and organize the utilization and management of tasks and projects
Experience in the acquisition of qualitative and quantitative data through various sources and methods such as interviews, focus groups, literature reviews, database queries
Expertise in organizing, directing, and coordinating all project support activities including estimating, planning, conducting, producing, monitoring, and reporting
Skilled in developing and managing acquisition, record layout and codebooks
Demonstrated project management and coordination experience
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex information clearly
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a federal contracting environment
Must provide three (3) management references that can attest to qualifications
Background investigation required
Working Conditions and Requirements
Location: Hybrid work | Limited travel required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Standing, sitting, squatting, and other normal office-related physical activities are required. Must be able to sit and read computer screens for extended periods.
