Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in engineering and analysis, you will be providing support for various functions of AFGSC's ICBM, helicopter, and security operations programs. In addition, you will:
Develop sortie requirements during periodic document updates
Provide expertise with establishing policy for nuclear targeting operations
Advise on AFGSC policy regarding ICBM force status, configuration, and availability for USSTRATCOM planners
Coordinate and monitor development, acquisition, and implementation of ICBM operational hardware/software
Perform ICBM capability analysis
Propose policies supporting ICBM combat crew targeting and related training/evaluation procedures
Conduct analysis of modernization impacts on ICBM force reliability
Participate in planning ICBM force structure and maintenance activities
Provide expertise in other warfighting issues or studies requiring mathematical or engineering support
Provide briefings, papers, reports, memorandums and other documentation
Provide technical review and on-site support for 20 AF document review/production and software testing
Acquire data from a variety of sources, evaluate, analyze and advise responses to wide range of reliability and survivability issues
Provide technical advice and analysis of ICBM Life Extension Programs (LEPs) and Long Range Planning (LRP)
Provide other technical, administrative and programmatic support as directed
Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
10 years ICBM Operations experience desired
5 years USSTRATCOM Plans experience desired
7 years headquarters (MAJCOM, NAF) staff experience desired
Able to travel, as required
