Targeting Analyst

*This position requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph*

Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic through advanced target development in support of USFK priorities.

• Provide recommendations via white papers, briefings, and analytic products for intermediate target development (CDRL A007).

• Manage and update target data in JTT and MIDB, including Target Folders, CTL, NSL, and JTL.

• Perform all-source analysis across multiple disciplines (air, naval, ground, missile, long-range artillery, C2, SOF, WMD) to assess vulnerabilities and critical nodes.

• Support joint planning and operations with target intelligence assessments, strategies, and prioritization recommendations.

• Produce target nominations, maintain target intelligence databases, and conduct collateral damage estimation, battle damage assessment, and combat assessment support.

• Research and develop Target System Analysis IAW CJCSI 3370 (physical descriptions, significance, expectations, collateral concerns, functional characterization).

• Coordinate target vetting with combatant commands and national intelligence agencies; develop and maintain vetting and development trackers.

• Assist in drafting and disseminating Target Management SOPs and ensure compliance with standards.

• Serve as SME in conferences, exercises, and working groups; identify intelligence gaps and collection requirements.

• Support emerging requirements related to North Korean military activity or malign influence campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degrees with 4-6 years of experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years-experience, or, equivalent academic experience.

• Ability to work independently with moderate oversight.

• Ability to provide comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
