What you’ll do:

As a Taper, you'll be responsible for preparing walls and ceilings for finishing by sealing joints between drywall panels and ensuring a smooth, professional finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply tape and compound to drywall seams, corners, and angles

Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure a flawless finish

Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections

Work efficiently in commercial environments

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in drywall taping or finishing

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Own basic tools

Valid driver’s license (an asset)
