Daily Operations
• Collect testing data and reports from multiple laboratories in a timely manner.
• Organize, standardize, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Verify and validate data accuracy, identifying discrepancies or missing information.
• Communicate data-related issues, feedback, and updates with internal stakeholders.
• Using the ELIMS system, create a test plan and send a report to the client.
Others
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as receiving samples from log-in and scanning barcodes to record the sample receipt time.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Data Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience in data handling, reporting, or data management systems (laboratory is a plus)
• ISO 17025 / ISO 17025
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LIMS/ELIMS systems is an advantage
• English comprehension
