“Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.”
**Key Responsibilities**
• Welcome guests and provide warm, professional assistance with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, tickets, and other guest requests with attention to detail
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and services to deliver personalized, proactive service
• Handle luggage assistance coordination and manage complex guest requests with resourcefulness and discretion
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, protecting guest privacy and data
• Record guest requests and feedback, following up to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
**Requirements**
• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services (luxury hotel environment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation
• Good knowledge of local area attractions and services
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and cultural awareness
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Problem-solving acumen and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
 
• Minimum 2–3 years of substantive experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role within a 5-star or ultra-luxury establishment.
• Les Clefs d'Or certification or demonstrated eligibility is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
• Demonstrated expertise in anticipating guest requirements and delivering bespoke, tailored experiences consistently.
• Fluency in a minimum of two languages required; proficiency in additional languages is essential.
• Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with discerning clientele.
• Advanced problem-solving acumen and resourcefulness in managing complex guest requests with absolute discretion and professionalism.
• Advanced proficiency with concierge management systems, property management software, and digital communication platforms.
• Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the maintenance of the highest standards of guest privacy and data protection.
