The Role

We’re expanding our front-of-house team and are seeking experienced Waiters and Section Waiters who are passionate about delivering elevated service in a premium dining environment. Whether you’re confidently running a section or keeping the floor flowing seamlessly, we’re looking for professionals who take pride in their craft and thrive in fast-paced, service-driven settings.

The Skills

Previous experience in premium or fine dining venues

A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences

Polished presentation and professional communication skills

Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork

Ability to manage a section with confidence, precision, and personality

Ability to move quickly, stay organised, and support the wider floor team
