We are constantly growing and developing, and the next step is to welcome a new star to join the team as Talent Technical Lead in our TBS Academy. 

Position Highlights: 

At TBS IT Academy, we aim to provide the brightest technical minds with the opportunity to look at IT from a different angle. We look at it end-to-end, besides pure software development. Then – we give trainees the chance to decide where their passion for IT lays. At TBS Academy, we offer this knowledge and nurture the next-gen highly skilled system engineers.
 

The Technical Lead position is responsible for the professional development of the academy graduates internally, in the company.  

The role gives you the opportunity to: 

Act as a mentor, define clear learning goals and project tasks for each intern. 

Provide regular supervision, guidance, and performance feedback to interns. 

Support the technical execution of tasks.  

Monitor progress on intern projects, ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with department standards. 

Maintain all internship related records, evaluations and reports, using appropriate tools and systems. 

Act as primary point of contact between interns and technical leads, team leads, PMs in the company. 

What You Bring: 

Hands-on experience with networking equipment and operating systems. 

Understanding of basic networking technologies. 

Experience working with interns, junior specialists or training/academy programs is a strong advantage. 

Good organizational skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
