Job Title: Talent Sourcer
Job Type: Full-Time / Remote
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, PST
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a Talent Sourcer to support their recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a variety of roles.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, conducting market research, and executing proactive outreach strategies. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct market mapping and candidate research to identify relevant profiles
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential candidates
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and interest
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement in ATS and sourcing tools
• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines
• Continuously explore new sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online communities
• Strong research and candidate identification skills
• Excellent written communication for candidate outreach and engagement
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience sourcing globally or working with remote teams is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills
