About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Talent Sourcer to support our People Operations team on a part-time basis.
This role is focused on building strong and consistent talent pipelines to ensure we are prepared to hire efficiently during active recruitment periods. The Talent Sourcer plays a key role in identifying qualified candidates, reviewing inbound applications and maintaining organized pipelines.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early recruiting experience who enjoys sourcing, market research, and working behind the scenes to build high-quality candidate pools.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
Review and evaluate inbound applications within the ATS.
Filter and shortlist candidates based on defined role requirements.
Support the People Operations team with market research and talent mapping.
Build and maintain organized talent pools for priority and recurring roles.
Keep candidate pipelines updated and structured to ensure visibility and tracking.
Conduct initial screening calls when required.
Prepare concise candidate summaries for internal review.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, HR.
Experience using an ATS (BambooHR or similar systems is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital recruiting tools.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish..
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to work Mon-Fri between 9.00am-6.00pm EST time.
