AlertMedia is looking for a Talent Sourcer based in Mexico City (Reforma area) to join our collaborative Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across the U.S., EMEA, and LATAM. You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging candidates early in the hiring process, and helping ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.

You enjoy identifying and connecting with great talent, reviewing resumes, and engaging candidates early in the hiring process. You’re highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting recruiters with candidate communications, scheduling, and pipeline coordination.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Recruiting team and HR Manager in Mexico City, helping support the candidate journey from first contact through onboarding. This position sits within the Talent Acquisition team and focuses on candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and recruiting coordination.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams across the U.S., EMEA, and LATAM, so daily communication in English is required. Working with a global team will give you exposure to modern SaaS recruiting practices and international hiring processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build strong sourcing and recruiting skills while growing into a full-cycle recruiting role over time.

What you get to do every day:

• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to build strong pipelines for current and future roles

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-potential candidates through personalized outreach and proactive sourcing strategies

• Review and screen resumes, identifying candidates who align with role requirements and company culture

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies

• Help drive the early stages of the recruiting process through candidate evaluation, pipeline development, and candidate engagement

• Support recruiters by coordinating interview scheduling and managing candidate communications throughout the process

• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)

• Partner with our HR Manager in Mexico City to support new employee onboarding and serve as a People team ambassador locally

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes

What success looks like in this role:

• Build strong talent pipelines for priority roles across Engineering, Product, Customer Operations, Marketing, Sales, and G&A teams

• Consistently identify and surface qualified candidates through proactive sourcing

• Maintain organized candidate pipelines in Greenhouse and ensure a smooth interview scheduling process

• Partner effectively with recruiters to support a great candidate and employee experience

• Develop the skills and confidence to begin supporting early-stage recruiting conversations over time

What you bring to the role:

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support

• Strong candidate sourcing and resume screening skills

• Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling logistics

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Must have experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with recruiters and hiring managers

• A passion for delivering a positive candidate and employee experience

• Interest in growing your career in recruiting and developing into a full-cycle recruiting role

• Hybrid role with the expectation of working in the Reforma office 1 day a week
