This role is for a highly specialized GTM Recruiter focused on building high-performing sales teams for a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for hiring revenue-driving talent across Sales, Business Development, and Go-To-Market functions. The role demands a deep understanding of sales profiles, the ability to distinguish between different sales archetypes, and a passion for finding top performers beyond traditional sourcing channels. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to align hiring strategies with revenue goals and market expansion plans.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Sales roles including SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Leaders
• Partner closely with sales leadership to understand revenue targets, territories, ideal customer profiles, and quota expectations
• Assess candidates on core sales performance indicators such as quota attainment, deal size, sales cycle length, and markets served
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using unconventional and data-driven sourcing methods
• Source candidates through sales communities, referrals, alumni networks, competitor mapping, revenue intelligence tools, events, webinars, and GTM forums
• Proactively headhunt top-performing passive candidates rather than relying only on active job seekers
• Use personalized outreach and storytelling to engage high-caliber sales professionals
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, from initial outreach through offer closure
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 3+ years of hands-on experience hiring GTM or Sales roles for B2B SaaS organizations
• Proven success recruiting SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Leadership roles
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, quotas, outbound vs inbound models, and sales cycles
• Demonstrated ability to use creative and non-traditional sourcing techniques
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience hiring for North American or global markets is a strong advantage
• Background in fast-scaling SaaS startups preferred
• Familiarity with sales and recruitment tools such as CRM platforms, sales intelligence tools, and sourcing platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a strong focus on impact
