Talent Solutions Specialist
The Talent Solutions Specialist works alongside the sales team to validate talent in real time and accelerate deal closure. You’ll join live sales calls, introduce ready-to-work Bench VAs, and ensure every deposit is backed by a realistic, immediate match. This role brings recruiting to the front line of sales and owns speed, accuracy, and confidence in early talent matching.
What You’ll Do
* Join live AE demos as the on-call talent expert
* Introduce specific Bench VAs during sales calls to validate availability and fit
* Physically showcase the managed office environment during live Zoom calls
* Verify role requirements (skills, tools, schedule, language) in real time
* Maintain a live view of available, camera-ready Bench VAs
* Schedule chemistry checks with Bench VAs before sales calls end
* Provide immediate feedback on role feasibility vs. custom search needs
* Translate sales conversations into accurate internal briefs for execution teams
Bench & Talent Management
* Own and distribute a daily “ready-to-deploy” Bench report for Sales
* Ensure Bench VAs have up-to-date resumes and short video introductions
* Keep Bench VAs prepared to join sales calls with minimal notice
* Communicate talent availability and scarcity to support faster closes
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (VA, BPO, or high-volume environments preferred)
* Comfortable presenting and “selling” talent in live client conversations
* Strong judgment when evaluating role feasibility and skill alignment
* Confident, professional presence on video calls
* Able to quickly understand client tools and workflows
* Works well in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Experience & Skills
* Matching candidates to live client requirements
* Real-time vetting during client-facing conversations
* Familiarity with common tech stacks (CRMs, PM tools, AI tools)
* Clear written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and handoff accuracy
