Through this work, you will help enhance the overall CD experience and provide high-quality guidance and support throughout the annual CD cycle.

You will contribute to and lead the coordination of initiatives designed to enhance the employee career development (CD) experience. This includes creating clear, high-quality documentation to explain key processes and policies (such as updates to the CD cycle or new career frameworks), and developing a strong understanding of the Vantage portfolio, including business priorities, stakeholders, and CD practices. You will also support key CD initiatives through the development of communication materials and the preparation and delivery of training sessions.
