Talent Programs Recruiter

Zoox is seeking a dynamic Talent Programs Specialist to support and drive specialized talent initiatives across the organization. This role blends program execution, strategic support, and recruitment-focused activities to ensure our talent programs attract, engage, and develop high-potential employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings a strong understanding of talent processes, and is passionate about creating impactful programs that support organizational goals.

In this role, you will: :
Partner with hiring managers and talent teams to identify talent needs and recruit candidates for specialized programs, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers. Support program execution, including event planning, communications, data tracking, and participant engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and alignment with broader talent strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and integration with broader HR and talent initiatives.

Qualifications::
6+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive industry Experience managing an end-to-end talent program (i.e., University Relations, Internal Mobility, etc.) Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience partnering with business leaders to drive talent-focused initiatives.

Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $139,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
