The Role:

As a Talent Partner your role is a critical driver of growth at AP+, partnering closely with leaders to deliver end-to-end hiring strategies that align to our strategic priorities. Combining market insight, proactive sourcing and expert advice, you elevate both the candidate and hiring experience. Through strong relationships, commercial thinking and a focus on excellence, you attract and secure high-calibre talent that powers organisational performance. You'll see recruitment something more than a standard one size fits all process.

What you’ll actually be doing:

You won’t be filling roles. You’ll be building capability.

You’ll:

• Partner with leaders to define what “great” looks like before hiring begins and provide a best in class hiring experience
• Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment across complex, high-impact roles
• Proactively map and engage talent in a competitive market
• Use data and insight to shape hiring decisions and workforce planning
• Deliver a candidate that reflects the quality of our brand
• Challenge thinking, influence decisions, and raise the bar

You are:

• An Internal Talent Partner or Agency Recruiter with robust experience recruiting across the Payments, Fintech or Fin-Services ecosystems
• A true partner who’s credible, curious and commercially minded
• Comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity
• Proactive in sourcing and building talent pipelines
• Confident to influence senior stakeholders (and pushing back when needed)
• Passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams
• Agile in mindset, pivoting according to the needs of the role and able to operate at pace
