Recruiter / Junior Talent Partner

Do Talent Acquisition týmu ve VML & Ogilvy hledáme Junior Talent Partnera / Recruitera, který už má něco za sebou (třeba z personální agentury) a chce se posunout blíž k byznysu - do interního recruitingu v kreativním prostředí agentur. Pokud tě baví hledat, oslovovat, přesvědčovat a budovat vztahy, hledáme právě tebe.

Co budeš dělat?

• Aktivně vyhledávat talenty napříč týmy – od accountů přes kreativce a technické specialisty až po strategické a projektové role

• Tvořit inzeráty, které kandidáty zaujmou a nejsou generické

• Spolupracovat s hiring manažery a být jejich parťákem v rozhodování

• Vést pohovory online i face-to-face

• Řídit nábor od briefu po offer a přicházet s nápady, jak procesy zlepšit

• Pracovat s daty a ATS, sledovat, co funguje a co je potřeba optimalizovat

Hledáme někoho, kdo…

• Má 1–3 roky zkušeností v recruitmentu (agenturní zkušenost je velké plus)

• Umí aktivně hledat kandidáty – LinkedIn, sociální sítě, direct search

• Dokáže komunikovat otevřeně a sebevědomě s kandidáty i managementem

• Používá angličtinu na denní bázi

• Umí klást otázky, poslouchat a číst mezi řádky

• Chce být blíž rozhodování a pomáhat formovat interní náborové procesy

• Má proaktivní přístup, energii a schopnost dotahovat věci do konce

• Chce se učit, rozvíjet a posouvat své schopnosti dál
